The House of gin is returning to Bristol's Paintworks on Saturday 27th October with “All in Good Spirit”, a boutique Festival showcasing the very best in in small batch Gins & Craft Spirits from all over the world. It’s not just Gin that’s turning heads these days; Craft Spirits have seen a rise in popularity over the last three years.
The festival will still be focused on predominately Gin, with forty small batch and award winning gins spread across our two bars. However we have also now introduced three additional Spirit Bars including Vodka, Mezcal and Tequila showcasing Russia’s, Mexico’s and the UK’S finest white spirits and last but not least a Whiskey and Rum Bar. So if Gin isn’t your thing you won’t be left out…
There will be five or more industry leading distillers showcasing their Gin, vodka, Tequila, Mezcal, Rum or Whiskey. All spirit producers will give you a master class on how their Spirit is distilled, offer tastings and an opportunity to purchase bottles at a discounted rate.
We will have a large selection of tonics and mixers from Fentimans & East Imperial.

‘The Gin Palace Bars’
Gin is how we started, it’s what we know, there’s not much we don’t know about Gin and this Spirit continues to grow and grow. We have everything you need from a Gin perspective… London Dry, Distilled, Old Tom, Navy Strength, Plymouth, Genèver, English, American, European the list goes on… you name it we have all the very best small batch and award winning Gins on two Bars.
‘The Tequila – Mezcal - Vodka Bar’
Over the last six years Tequila and Mezcal have exploded onto the drinks scene, they are one of the fastest growing spirits behind Gin. Agave-based spirits are poised for further growth so get to know these beautiful spirits now. The days of slamming Tequila are gone, think of these like a Whiskey or Bourbon, mixer or neat. This brings us to Vodka, it’s not just the Russians that make great Vodka, and the UK with all its distilleries now produces some super smooth liquid. We have some exceptional Vodka’s on show, come and try them!
‘The Rum 66 & Whiskey Bar’
Rum and Whiskey are set to be the drinks of choice in 2018 their popularity keeps on growing. We have a fine selection Irish and Scottish Whiskeys along with some super smooth Caribbean Rums.
All the above bars will have a large selection of Fentimans and East Imperial tonics and Mixers. If you would like to change the pairing on the menu please ask the bartender, it’s that simple! Remember it’s your drink!
Entertainment
Yes there will be live entertainment in the form of the amazing FB Pocket Orchestra. The FBPO performances typically comprise a range of jazz, classical, country and blues; some delivered as reproductions of original recordings, others as their own unique arrangements. FBPO all play auxiliary instruments and have developed a diverse palette of sonic landscapes that hint at New Orleans, Tea Dances, Paris Cafés, Smokey Nightclubs, Hotel Foyers, Garden Parties etc NOT TO BE MISSED!
There will be food available to purchase but more importantly plenty of Gin & Spirits.
£8.00 ticket entry includes your complimentary Fentimans Rocking Glass for you to keep and use at the event.
