New build
A planning application is being worked up for the masterplan of the remaining undeveloped 5 acres.
The proposal is intended as a seamless extension to Phases 1 and 2.
The design, ethos and principles adopted in the conversion element are all carried over to the new build. In addition to the substantial number of new business, live/work and residential spaces there will also be additional bars/cafes, local convenience shopping and the usual facilities you expect in a community.
The expansion of the residential/living element at Paintworks will be significantly increased if the current masterplan for Phase 3 is approved.
